"I had my eye on you when you were with my benefactor."

"I held back out of respect for her then."

"Now she's gone."

"Why don't our families arrange a marriage?"

Alexander's eyes darkened.

He glanced back at Evelyn.

Evelyn spoke.

"Miss Roland, you shouldn't say such things."

Chloe looked at her.

"I'm not joking."

"I want him."

"If you want cooperation, give him to me."

"Otherwise, forget it!"

She turned and walked out.

Ryan looked helplessly at Alexander.

"Mr. Vance, you heard my sister."

Alexander suppressed his anger.

"You indulge her like this?"

Ryan spread his hands.

"Our parents only have this one daughter."

"She's my only sister."

"After everything that's happened."

"We have to treasure her."

Alexander looked helplessly at Evelyn.

Evelyn stepped forward.

"Mr. Roland, cooperation isn't child's play."

"Miss Roland's condition doesn't seem right."

"I suggest taking her to see a psychiatrist."

Ryan was stunned.

Chloe had become increasingly obsessive since returning home.

"I'll take her for a check-up."
